We are always excited to welcome energetic and motivated researchers, including Ph.D. and Master’s students, and Undergraduates to our group. Our lab focuses on nanoscale thermal transport, energy transfer through mixed-dimensional interfaces, and adaptive heat flow control for next-generation microelectronics and energy systems.

🎓 Qualification Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
A Master’s degree with prior research experience is preferred.
Strongly desired background includes research experience in one or more of the following:
  – Low-dimensional material synthesis and characterization
  – Nanofabrication
  – COMSOL or other simulation tools
  – Thermal measurement techniques (e.g., 3-omega, cryostat setups, TDTR, etc.)
